Classics & a bit more // My Reading List

Since I had a eureka moment that I am going to study English literature abroad, I have basically dedicated this half year to reading books. I should be able to read 10 books a semester, so I might get used to reading a lot more than I do already. I am going to try.

New English Words I Have Learned // My Life

As I am always trying to improve my English and learn new words, there will always be words I am more proud to know than others – Mostly all the long, more complicated words no one knows or uses. 

I have collected some of the new words I have learned this year (I sound so much like a 5-year old doing 'Word of The Day'). I have not yet been in a conversation, where I have actually used any of the words, but maybe one day... Anyway, you can't have a too small vocabulary, can you?

English Words I Still Can't Spell // My Life

I'm glad I chose to write my blog in English, but sometimes it isn't always easy. Let's say I use Google Translate 25% of the time when I'm writing blog posts - because we can always trust Google Translate, right? Right?

Everybody is making these, so I decided to also make a list of my New Year's resolution!

• Be more positive
• Drink more water (I suck at this...)
• Do more charity
• Visit new places
• Eat healthier
• Do more exercise
• Save up (You'll thank yourself later)
• Improve grades
• Improve my english
• AND learn to spell exercise correctly at first try
• Care less of others opinion of me

I know I've wished you a happy new year a lot of times now, but let's hope you'll get a super fantastic 2014 with happy times as well as downs.
