Food Adventure: Andersen's Bakery

Trying to translate: "In 1962 Andersen began as the first in Japan to introduce pastries and bread after original, danish recipes. The craft has been developed, the recipes refined, but with the same base. Love to the danish art of baking." Something like that...


As you might know I really like bread. All types of bread (Except toast, which tastes like plastic in my opinion). So I went to Andersen's Bakery, and got this bun made with rye. I took it as takeaway since I don't want to pay extra to be sitting at the bakery, when they were almost closing.
